The Leading Email and eCRM Agency Appoints Former Coca-Cola Executive in Key New Role of SVP, Performance & Innovation

BrightWave, an Ansira company, today announced the appointment of Mike Weaver as Senior Vice President, Performance & Innovation, a newly created position. He will lead customer experience at BrightWave, managing the strategy, creative and technology functions. BrightWave has been recognized for its best in class capabilities in these areas and looks to only increase its offerings and output in these mission critical parts of the business for the agency’s world class client roster.

Weaver is a seasoned veteran in helping companies acquire and grow customer relationships through data and insight-driven, multi-channel precision marketing. His decades of experience positions the leading email and eCRM agency to offer a deeper level of customer experience expertise to its top tier client list.

Weaver is no stranger to client success in complex and fast-moving environments—or to scaling teams. He previously held a number of other leadership roles including Director of Precision Marketing & Group Director of Data Strategy for Coca-Cola, Marketing Solutions Practice Lead for Slalom Consulting and Manager, CRM Marketing Operations Group for Accenture and has strong technology experience with leading platforms like Adobe and Salesforce.
