Sullivan, Middleton and Tuttle Elevated As Agency Continues to Grow & Innovate

BrightWave, the leading email marketing and eCRM agency and ranked #1 for Client Satisfaction and Platform Expertise in the 2017 Email Agency Buyer’s Guide by The Relevancy Group, today announced the promotion of three employees to key leadership roles. These promotions will position BrightWave for continued growth and allow the firm to deliver on more innovative projects going into 2018 and beyond.

Laura Sullivan Promoted to VP, Creative Director

Sullivan who started at BrightWave over three years ago as a Content Strategist, has worked hard to deliver innovation and results for clients at BrightWave and will continue to lead the creative charge internally and externally for the agency as well as take an enhanced external role as a thought leader for the industry. She has been called “the most important creative thinker in the email industry” and was a finalist for Marketer of the Year from the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association.

Laura Middleton Promoted to VP, Client Services

In this elevated role, Middleton will take overall responsibility of how the entire Client Services group (comprised of Account Management, Project Management, Campaign Management teams) operates and delivers work to BrightWave’s top-tier client roster. She also plays an instrumental role in scoping new engagements. Middleton has been at BrightWave for over three years and was awarded the “Best in Show Rising Star” by the Atlanta Interactive Media Association.

Amanda Tuttle Promoted to Senior Director, Operations & Strategic Planning

Tuttle, a veteran of BrightWave for over five years, has been an instrumental player in helping to create internal mechanisms for tracking, operationalizing and defining how work moves through the agency. She will continue to be a vital part of operationalizing key facets of the agency’s growth which has placed it among the leaders in the entire email ecosystem.
