The Leading Email and eCRM agency will bring email expertise and support to national initiative
BrightWave, the leading email and eCRM agency, today announced that it will be expanding its partnership with the non-profit 48in48. The Atlanta-based company will provide its award-winning services to help further 48in48’s mission to build websites, emails and digital materials for non-profits.
Since 2015, 48in48 has worked to bring together marketing professionals in various cities to build 48 websites for 48 non-profits in 48 hours. Over the years, their volunteers have generated over $15 million worth of digital assets for hundreds of non-profits. After participating for several years, BrightWave is looking forward to expanding its partnership with 48in48. The agency will now be supporting the non-profit’s own email efforts, helping them spread the word about their important mission to marketing professionals and would-be supporters.
BrightWave found its passion for 48in48 through experience, with 2018 marking the third year that BrightWave will provide custom-designed email templates for all 48 participating non-profits in Atlanta with a full team of 15+ email experts. The experience has been an impactful way to give back to the community and connect with digital makers and doers in Atlanta. Given the positive experience, the decision to take the partnership further with national support was an easy one.
“48in48 is proud to partner with BrightWave to create email marketing materials on both a local and national level. Email is a powerful tool for non-profits and this support only enhances the impact on Atlanta’s non-profit community and the growth of 48in48’s mission,” said 48in48 Development Director Carole Williams.
“We’ve found this event helps us build a stronger culture while giving back. We can’t wait to help 48in48 communicate effectively nationally and internationally as they expand this movement. We are honored to contribute industry-leading talent to the cause,” said BrightWave President Raj Choudhury.
48in48 is a 501c3 social entrepreneurship organization that brings marketing professionals together to create websites and digital materials to help nonprofits extend their impact. In 2015, Jeff Hilimire of Dragon Army and Adam Walker of Sideways8 recruited 150 volunteers in Atlanta to build websites for 48 nonprofits in 48 hours. Since then, the organization has generated millions in value worth of websites, logos, and marketing support to strengthen communities across the globe.
