A Fresh, Three-Touch Approach to Salads

Chick-fil-A wanted to shine a light on its lighter menu items, including an improved line of salads. BrightWave created a three-touch series that let the most dedicated fans in on the fresh news first, and then followed up with valuable nutrition content and interactive social calls that led to a spike in engagement. This pays off the brand’s promise to make each interaction with the guest personal and completely special.
